About Me

Helping Women Find Hope, Strength, and Identity in Christ

Julie Whitley smiles warmly in a cozy scarf and black sweater, standing against a rustic wooden background, radiating confidence and kindness.

My Story

At the end of 2020, my world flipped upside down. I was diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases, and soon after, cancer. As a mom of four, fitness professional, and minister of the gospel, I felt undone—angry, afraid, and full of questions for God.

But giving up wasn’t an option. In my lowest moments, faith rose up. God met me in the broken places of my heart, bringing healing that went far beyond the physical. What felt like defeat became a season of restoration and transformation.

My Ministry

Out of that season, my ministry grew. At first, I longed to encourage moms who felt unseen and exhausted. Today, my vision has expanded to reach women everywhere—those navigating illness, grief, fear, or the everyday struggles of motherhood, marriage, and faith.

Through my books Interrupted and 9 Rounds, along with writing, speaking, and coaching, I share real stories and raw reflections that point to this truth: we can face life’s battles with Jesus in our corner.

Core Values

  • Faith First – Jesus is the center of it all

  • Resilience – Trials refine us, they don’t define us

  • Authenticity – Real stories, real hope

  • Encouragement – Speaking life into weary hearts

  • Transformation – God turns brokenness into beauty

  • Community – No one fights alone

The Call

My passion is to walk alongside women who are ready to fight fear with faith and step boldly into the life God has designed for them. If that’s you, know this: you are not alone. The same God who carried me through diagnoses, detours, and disappointments will carry you too.

When Jesus is in your corner, every battle becomes an opportunity for breakthrough.
