My passion for fitness and coaching started after training with Crossfit. I attended Crossfit for a few years while struggling with weight issues. Just under 300lbs, I knew the shame of walking through a gym door embarrassed about my size. I understood the struggle of not being able to do a simple jump rope exercise, fit on the rower properly, or just struggle through a class suffering from knee pains caused by my extreme weight. However, those days of struggle were the ones that eventually led me to reclaim my life and move along in my weight loss goals. In my first year, I learned the foundations of movement and nutrition and began to apply them to my daily life. Making gains, however small yet still struggling with my weight, after a year of intense training and still weighing 258lb, I decided to have bariatric surgery to aid me in my weight loss quest further. I did not see this step as a failure but rather as a life-changing surgery that helped me reclaim my life and health. While bariatric surgery changed my life, It was my decision to commit to a healthier lifestyle and stay consistent with my routine that gave me this new lease on life. I had terrific coaches that guided me and motivated me to achieve my new goals as I returned to the gym after surgery. I continued crushing my health goals (even during the pandemic), reclaiming my life, health, and ability to lead an active lifestyle. I am forever grateful for all those who invested in me even when I questioned investing in myself, and today I am ready to pay it forward. I want to give what I received from so many in what I believe is the gift of reclaiming life.


Today I am a NASM Personal Trainer and Nutrition coach; my training methods include Functional fitness, cardio, strength training with free weights or bands, balance, mobility, and flexibility while focusing on correcting muscle imbalance. I hope to inspire, motivate, and challenge women from all walks of life to live with good health, balance, and wholeness.

**All packages include a pre-consultation to see if I can serve your needs. If at the pre-consult we find that my programs are a good fit for you, we move on to full client consultation, where we unpack your “why,” goals, & motivation. Then, based on the consult, we will place you in the program that best meets your needs and budget.
