Once you choose your training option, we’ll start with a comprehensive assessment to understand your goals, abilities, and needs. From there, I’ll customize your program and give you access to Trainerize, where you can track workouts, progress, and meal guidance all in one place.

You’ll also have ongoing accountability with weekly or bi-weekly check-ins, so we can make adjustments, celebrate wins, and keep you moving forward with confidence.

For clients looking for extra convenience, Monica, a trusted GRF trainer and nutritionist, offers a healthy meal prep service that makes it easy to stay on track—no matter how busy life gets. Her menu features a rotating variety of fresh, flavorful meals made with quality ingredients and balanced nutrition in mind.

Each meal is thoughtfully designed to support your goals and preferences. All items are or can be made gluten free, and if you have other allergies or sensitivities, Monica will do her best to accommodate—just let her know when ordering.

Meals are available in bundles of 5 for $125 or 10 for $200, with $10 delivery available for added convenience.

From Intimidated to Empowered

Julie Whitley truly changed my life! When I started working with Julie, I was about two months post-op of my gastric bypass. I had already lost about 50 pounds but was still over 300 pounds and very intimidated by being at the gym. I wanted to hide my body and how inept and unfit I was from the other people in the gym. Julie knew all that without ever having to be told, just from my body language and her own experiences. She went out of her way to always make me comfortable and pick exercises I could actually do (but were still challenging, of course). I learned so much from her about different exercises and equipment as we worked together for the year. As I rapidly lost weight, I got physically SO much stronger. Julie Whitley truly changed my life! It would be a short story, but putting my thoughts into words is hard. I have been training with her for a year, and I cannot believe the change in my body.
